New Town Hall

The New Town Hall on Karlovo namesti in Prague was built from the fourteenth century as the seat of the New Town, and is where the first Prague defenestration took place in 1419.

Why it matters

Included because the 1419 defenestration here began the Hussite Wars, which makes the building the starting point of the event rather than a museum about it.
