Rudolfinum
The Rudolfinum is a neo-Renaissance concert hall and gallery of 1885 on Jan Palach Square in Prague, home of the Czech Philharmonic and, between 1918 and 1939, of the Czechoslovak parliament.
Why it matters
Dvorak Hall is one of the oldest purpose-built concert halls in Europe still in continuous use, and the building spent two decades as a parliament in between.
